  • Have you designed a set of measures that everyone can agree on to monitor your progress? Shared measures that are agreed by the partnership are vital to future sustainability and will focus everyone on the same outcomes.
  • Commissioners are interested in improved wellbeing, cost savings and personal case studies, so why not consider using a mix of all three?  The tools used by the MEAM pilots for analysing wellbeing and service use cost changes are available here.  You should also collect qualitative information and case studies to support this data.
